Five sessions to learn all about self-hypnosis
to prepare for an easy birth of your baby
Heike Taurines, certified HypnoBirthing® practitionner, will accompany you in the preparation for your delivery in the South of France, in the department of the Var and the Alpes Martimes, but you can also follow the classes on Skype with her.
Her goal is to help parents to regain their confidence, to relax and consider childbirth with serenity.
Her non medicalized approach takes place in the form of five classes during the last three months of pregnancy. Each class includes a specific hypnosis session.
Classes can be individual or collective. They aim to strengthen the well-being of the couple and the child during pregnancy and to prepare for a birth with less or no pain.

It is recommended to follow five sessions starting from the 6th month of pregnancy to prepare the subconsious mind for an easier birth with a minimum of discomfort.
Classes last between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. Private classes can be taken in your home in the Department of the Var and Alpes-Maritimes. Groups take place in Fréjus, or you can follow the classes on Skype in English, German or French.

Groups:
70 euros
(plus the cost of transport from Frejus to the place of the class, shared between the participants )
Privat lessons at the home of the couple :
100 euros

Classes via Skype :
